I have found that ease of use depends a lot on company size. A lot of tools feel simple early on, but once you are managing multiple roles, regions, or comp structures, usability tends to drop off. We needed something that still felt manageable as the org grew. We’re currently reviewing options and I am in conversations with Spiff and Visdum. Spiff because of the SFDC lineage, and Visdum because the platform seems built to handle more complex commission scenarios without becoming difficult for ops or finance to maintain. Integrations and onboarding speed also looked strong, which is important for us.
Still early in evaluation though, so interested to hear other experiences.
